Love and Time
When you meet that special someone that you fall in love with that is also madly in love with you too? The smiles you make when you look into each other's eyes? Record it.
The times you crack each other up laughing and you both laugh until your sides hurt? Record it.
The times you make the most passionate love making that you have ever had and fall asleep with the glow of love as you peacefully lay underneath the stars and moonlight? Record it.
The times that you both make sacrifices for each other where you both come thru for each other like no one ever has, and its a reminder of just how much you care and truly love one another...? Record that moment too.
The times when you hold hands and look each other into each other's eyes and you agree to get married and promise to share the rest of your lives with one another, knowing at last....you have some one in your life that you feel complete with? Record this.
The times you witness your conception, pregnancy and birth of your children should you mutually decide that you love each other enough to bring a child into this world? Record that.
Now... Should the time come when both have seemed to lost your smiles...when it seems that happiness for some reason is extremely hard to find with each passing year...when you both are on the brink of getting a divorce...when you have uncovered that your spouse is cheating on you...pull out those tapes, videos and recordings... Review them in detail. Then ask yourselves...both of you...honestly ask... What in the hell happened to those times? How in the hell did we ever get here?
Its an empty experience to spend your life and time...with someone that you once loved dearly...only to not have not one remnant of it that could prove that it ever existed.
The worst thing that you can ever do to anybody? Is to waste their "time". Its the most precious commodity even above love...because even love...requires "time".
